Trendora Return Policy

30-Day Return Window We want you to love every purchase from Trendora. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 daysof delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Sale items, digital products, and personalized or custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@trendoraelite.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business daysto your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
